Toyota Hilux Sport Rider is the predecessor of Toyota Fortuner, which is medium in size. This car belongs to the class of sport utility vehicles (SUV). It was primarily made in Thailand and then many countries started its production afterwards. Luxury G and G trim levels for rear-wheel drive have also been proposed by the makers. On the contrary, the V trim levels have been presented for four-wheel drive. These 4WD and RWD system are capable of giving excellent performance with both gasoline and diesel engines. The 4WD gasoline model of Toyota Fortuner was withdrawn from the market by Toyota in 2007. As its replacement the 2WD (Two wheel drive) gasoline version was launched in the market. Toyota Fortuner was a top selling sport utility vehicles in Philippines and at the present in Thailand.
